Ingredients: S-Adenosylmethionine Tosylate Disulfate, Cellulose, Enteric Coating (contains one or more of the following: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Phthalate, Methacrylic Acid Copolymer, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Triacetin, Titanium Dioxide), Mannitol, Citric Acid, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Croscarmellose Sodium, Yellow Ochre.

Recommended Dosage: SAMe should be taken on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. SAMe supplementation can be divided over the course of the day, (i.e. before breakfast, before lunch and before supper.) Clinical studies indicate that benefits may be evident in the first week or two of supplementation.

Take 1 tablet (400mg) a day for the first week. If the desired benefits are not achieved, you may increase your level of supplementation by taking 2 tablets daily (800mg) in the second week. In some cases it may be necessary to increase your intake of SAMe to as much as 4 tablets a day (for a maximum of 1600mg). A month or two after you have achieved your desired result you can try to decrease your dosage to a maintenance level of 400mg to 800mg daily.

Caution: If you suffer from bipolar or manic depression, do not use this product. If you are currently taking prescription anti-depressants, consult your physician before use. Pregnant or lactating women should consult their physician before taking this product.

    Fantastic quality

    This stuff really is the best Sam-e you can get. The quality is amazing and it is one of the few things I've taken and noticably felt it compared to other brands. For me personally this stuff has always been amazing. I started taking it for mood, but I definitely notice my joints feel better as well. I'll never consider some cheapo bottle from the
    vitamin aisle of some random store again. Do make sure to keep them in the sealed pouches until right before you take it. If you want to fill up a weekly pill thing take the time to cut the pouches down to size so they will fit without breaking the seal. I do it every Sunday when I fill the rest of my stuff up.

    Oh yeah and do try to take it on an empty stomach. I could tell a difference. Doesn't irritate my stock or anything either.

    rated as one of the best SAM-e. I like it just as much as the SAM-e Advanced and will stay with it since Costco doesn't carry the other one anymore.

    Costco loses and Nature's Trove wins. Or at least Same-e advanced loses since the don't have a contract with costco anymore. I looked for highest rated and Natures Trove was right up at the top. Also I can use my pay pal account and not give out my credit card #. Great reviews. Works wonderfully.

    SAM-e 400mg

    I was diagnosed with bursitis in my left hip and started having cortisone for the pain. I read an article that suggested SAMe would help with bursitis. Consumer Lab recommended Nature’s Trove SAMe. It works for me. Took about a month to feel the effects. Stopped taking the cortisone injections. I take one in the morning and one at night. I think it is great!

    Ive been using Natures Trove for a couple of years now. Natures Trove consistently sells a good quality product and the convenience of the packaging is nice. My mood is definitely better when I take my SAMe consistently. If I go a few days (4 or so) without it, I start to not like being around myself. I take one 400mg tab once a day and that seems to work well for me. For reference, Im a mom of two in my late 30's who has struggled with auto-immune disorders throughout the past 10+ years. Taking this SAMe has helped keep me sane.
